Description

The Demand Optimization foundation course is designed for Demand Analysts primarily responsible for producing and maintaining forecasts. The course provides an introduction to the Demand Optimization component through a series of discussions and hands-on exercises. Geared towards both new customers and current users who may have experienced additions or changes in staff, the class not only covers the basics of preparing the best forecasts, but also the architecture of the daily, weekly, and monthly process cycles.

Objective

Upon completion of this course, the participant will have basic product knowledge and be able to use the features and functions of the Demand Optimization application.
